Job Coach We all want to find a career we love. As a job coach at Easterseals, you will help unlock strengths, discover passions, and develop employment skills so people with disabilities can find a job they love.

Applied Behavior Analysis Implementor For a child with autism, the first five years are essential for learning and growing. At Easterseals, we help shape these critical first years to set up children and families for success.

Independent Living Advocate As an Independent Living Advocate, you could be the difference between an "I can't" and an "I can" in someone's life. Join us and support people with disabilities as they live independently and participate in their community.

Community Services Instructor As a Community Services Instructor, you will be the link to the community for the people you support. You'll work alongside people with disabilities to ensure they are involved, engaged, and thriving in their community.

Community Living Specialist Community makes us all stronger. As a Community Living Supervisor, you're working day-to-day to make sure that people in our Community Living Services are receiving the best support possible from our passionate, dedicated workforce.

Community Living Specialists have the opportunity to choose a 3 or 5 day flexible schedule:

5 Day Workweek:

• Full-time employment
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Pay based on individual experience
• Eligible for extra weekend shifts
• PTO

3 Day Workweek:

• Full-time employment
• Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedule
• 12-13 hour shifts
• Pay based on individual experience
• Eligible for additional shifts and overtime
• PTO
